มิตซูบิชิ เปิดตัว “ปาเจโร สปอร์ต ใหม่” ในประเทศไทย

มร.เทะสึโระ อาอิคาวะ ประธานและประธานเจ้าหน้าที่ปฏิบัติการ มิตซูบิชิ มอเตอร์ส คอร์ปอเรชั่น ประเทศญี่ปุ่น พร้อมด้วย มร.โมะริคาซุ ชกคิ กรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่ บริษัท มิตซูบิชิ มอเตอร์ส (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด จัดงานแถลงข่าวแนะนำรถยนต์ มิตซูบิชิ “ปาเจโร สปอร์ต ใหม่” อย่างเป็นทางการครั้งแรกของโลกกับสื่อมวลชนในเมืองไทยในงาน “มหกรรมของยานยนต์เพื่อขายแห่งชาติ : Bangkok International Grand Motor Sale 2015 (BIG Motor Sale)” ซึ่งจะมีขึ้นในระหว่างวันที่ 1-9 สิงหาคม 2558 นี้ ณ ไบเทค บางนา กรุงเทพฯ

มิตซูบิชิ มอเตอร์ส ได้แนะนำรถยนต์มิตซูบิชิ ปาเจโร สปอร์ต ในฐานะรถยนต์เอสยูวีแบบออฟโรดขนาดกลาง ซึ่งมีพื้นฐานมาจากรถกระบะตั้งแต่ปี 2539 และเปิดตัว มิตซูบิชิ ปาเจโร สปอร์ต เจนเนอเรชั่นที่ 2 อย่างเป็นทางการในปี 2551 ที่ผ่านมา โดยได้รับการตอบรับเป็นอย่างดีจากลูกค้าทั่วโลกด้วยการออกแบบแนวสปอร์ต สมรรถนะที่รองรับการขับเคลื่อนแบบออฟโรดที่ถ่ายทอดมาจากมิตซูบิชิ ปาเจโร และให้ความสะดวกสบายอย่างรถยนต์นั่ง รวมไปถึงมีฟังก์ชั่นการทำงานที่เหนือระดับและเป็นรถที่ไว้วางใจได้ โดยในเดือนมิถุนายนที่ผ่านมารถรุ่นดังกล่าวมียอดขายในกว่า 90 ประเทศทั่วโลกแล้วกว่า 400,000 คัน

มิตซูบิชิ ปาเจโร สปอร์ต ใหม่ มาพร้อมแนวคิดของการออกแบบเพื่อให้เป็น “รถยนต์เอสยูวีแบบออฟโรดที่ทันสมัยและให้ความสะดวกสบาย” ด้วยนิยามใหม่ “Designed for Perfection : ที่สุดของความสมบูรณ์แบบ” ที่ครบครันด้วยฟังก์ชั่นการทำงานของรถยนต์เอสยูวีแบบออฟโรดที่ถ่ายทอดมาจาก “ปาเจโร” พร้อมการออกแบบภายนอกใหม่ทั้งหมด มีสมรรถนะที่โดดเด่น และความสะดวกสบายของห้องโดยสาร รวมถึงเป็นมิตรกับสิ่งแวดล้อมยิ่งขึ้นอีกทั้งยังมีระบบความปลอดภัยอัจฉริยะที่ครบครันสามารถรองรับกับความต้องการที่หลากหลายของลูกค้า ซึ่งเหมาะอย่างยิ่งสำหรับผู้ที่กำลังมองหายนตกรรมที่มีความหรูหรามากยิ่งขึ้น สามารถเดินทางไปได้ทุกที่ด้วยความปลอดภัยยิ่งกว่า และให้ความสะดวกสบายมากที่สุด ซึ่งจะมาเปลี่ยนทุกความเชื่อแบบเดิมๆ เกี่ยวกับรถยนต์อเนกประสงค์ที่มีพื้นฐานมาจากรถกระบะ ด้วยการใส่ใจและพิถีพิถันในทุกรายละเอียดของการพัฒนา พร้อมเติมเต็มอุปกรณ์ที่ทันสมัยที่สุดเข้าไว้ด้วยกัน จนทำให้ได้มาซึ่งยนตกรรมที่ “โดดเด่นด้วยรูปลักษณ์ทันสมัย” “เทคโนโลยีความปลอดภัยอัจฉริยะ” และ“ความหรูหราสะดวกสบาย”

มิตซูบิชิ ปาเจโร สปอร์ต ใหม่ โดดเด่นด้วยการออกแบบด้านหน้าในสไตล์ “ไดนามิก ชิลด์” (Dynamic Shield) เอกลักษณ์เฉพาะของรถยนต์มิตซูบิชิที่จะถูกนำมาใช้กับรถยนต์มิตซูบิชิในตระกูล ปาเจโร รุ่นต่อๆ ไปในอนาคต ด้วยการออกแบบที่ทันสมัยให้ทั้งความสปอร์ตและความปราดเปรียวเหนือกว่ารถยนต์อเนกประสงค์ทั่วไป ภายในห้องโดยสารโดดเด่นด้วยการออกแบบคอนโซลกลางแบบทีเชพ-ไฮคอนโซล (T-Shape High Console) อย่างรถยนต์เอสยูวีหรู พร้อมการตกแต่งแบบสีเงินซิลเวอร์ เดคคอเรชั่น และการออกแบบเบาะนั่งใหม่ที่ช่วยเพิ่มความหรูหราให้กับห้องโดยสารมากยิ่งขึ้น

• เทคโนโลยี

ให้ความปลอดภัยมากยิ่งขึ้นด้วยเทคโนโลยีความปลอดภัยอัจฉริยะที่ครบครัน ด้วยแชสซีส์เหล็กกล้าและโครงสร้างตัวถังนิรภัย RISE Body เอกสิทธิ์เฉพาะจากมิตซูบิชิ ถุงลมนิรภัย SRS 7 ตำแหน่ง รวมไปถึงระบบเตือนการชนด้านหน้าตรงพร้อมระบบช่วยชะลอความเร็ว (FCM – Forward Collision Mitigation System) ระบบสัญญาณเตือนจุดอับสายตา (BSW – Blind Spot  Warning) ซึ่งติดตั้งเป็นครั้งแรกในรถยนต์มิตซูบิชิ  และระบบตัดกำลังเครื่องยนต์ชั่วขณะเมื่อเหยียบคันเร่งอย่างรุนแรงและรวดเร็ว (UMS-Ultrasonic misacceleration Mitigation System) นอกจากนี้ยังมีการติดตั้งระบบอำนวยความสะดวกอีกมากมายที่เหนือกว่ารถยนต์ในระดับเดียวกัน อาทิ  ระบบเบรกมือควบคุมด้วยไฟฟ้า (ติดตั้งเป็นครั้งแรกในรถยนต์มิตซูบิชิ) รวมไปถึงกล้องมองภาพรอบคันพร้อมเส้นแสดงทิศทางการเคลื่อนที่ของรถ (Multi-around Monitor) ซึ่งทำงานผ่านกล้อง 4 ตำแหน่งรอบตัวรถ  และระบบปรับอากาศอัตโนมัติแบบแยกปรับอุณหภูมิซ้าย-ขวาสำหรับผู้ขับขี่และผู้โดยสารตอนหน้า

ภายใน

 

มิตซูบิชิ ปาเจโร สปอร์ต ใหม่ ได้รับการปรับระบบช่วงล่างและออกแบบจุดยึดตัวถังใหม่จึงให้ความนุ่มนวลในการขับขี่และการทรงตัวที่เป็นเยี่ยม อีกทั้งช่วยให้การควบคุมรถทำได้ดีขึ้น รวมทั้งมีห้องโดยสารที่เงียบขึ้นจากการติดตั้งและเพิ่มวัสดุซับเสียงตามจุดต่างๆ ภายในห้องโดยสาร ประกอบกับเบาะนั่งที่ได้รับการออกแบบใหม่ (ergo seat design) ให้โอบรับกับสรีระของผู้นั่งมากยิ่งขึ้น และระบบควบคุมอุณหภูมิภายในรถที่ให้ความเย็นสบายในทุกตำแหน่งที่นั่งจึงให้ความสะดวกสบายสูงสุดตลอดการเดินทาง

เครื่องยนต์

มิตซูบิชิ ปาเจโร สปอร์ต ใหม่ ขับเคลื่อนด้วยเครื่องยนต์ดีเซล ใหม่ รหัส 4N15   ไมเวค คลีนดีเซล อลูมินัม อัลลอย บล็อก  ขนาด 2.4 ลิตร  ครั้งแรกกับการติดตั้งระบบเกียร์อัตโนมัติอัจฉริยะ 8 สปีดที่พัฒนาขึ้นใหม่สำหรับ มิตซูบิชิ ปาเจโร สปอร์ต ใหม่  มาพร้อมสปอร์ตโหมดและทำงานควบคู่กับระบบตัดกำลังไปยังเพลาขับโดยอัตโนมัติเมื่อเหยียบเบรก (INC: Idle Neutral Control) และระบบ G-SENSOR จึงให้การประหยัดน้ำมันมากขึ้นถึง 17% เมื่อเทียบกับรุ่นที่ผ่านมา นอกจากนี้ยังปล่อยค่ามลพิษที่ต่ำกว่า 200 กรัม / กิโลเมตร ผ่านเกณฑ์การปล่อยค่ามลพิษภายใต้โครงสร้างภาษีใหม่ที่จะประกาศใช้ในเดือนมกราคม 2559 นี้ 

มิตซูบิชิ ปาเจโร สปอร์ต ใหม่ รุ่นขับเคลื่อน 4 ล้อ มาพร้อมระบบ Super Select 4WD–II  เทคโนโลยีสำหรับรถขับเคลื่อน 4 ล้อ เอกสิทธิ์เฉพาะของมิตซูบิชิที่สมบูรณ์แบบด้วยโหมดขับเคลื่อนแบบออฟโรดที่สามารถเลือกรูปแบบการส่งกำลังเครื่องยนต์ให้เหมาะกับสภาพพื้นผิวและเส้นทางในการขับขี่ได้มากถึง 4  รูปแบบ รวมไปถึงระบบควบคุมความเร็วขณะลงทางลาดชัน (Hill Descent Control System) ที่ติดตั้งเป็นครั้งแรกในรถมิตซูบิชิ  จึงช่วยให้รถสามารถขับเคลื่อนผ่านเส้นทางที่ทุรกันดารได้เป็นอย่างดี ซึ่งทั้งหมดนี้เป็นฟังก์ชั่นที่มีเฉพาะในรถยนต์มิตซูบิชิตระกูล “ปาเจโร” เท่านั้น

 

Mr.Tetsuro Aikawa, President and Chief Operating Officer, Mitsubishi Motors Corporation, Japan (MMC) together with Mr. Morikazu Chokki, President and CEO of Mitsubishi Motors (Thailand) Co., Ltd., (MMTh), today arrange Press Conference to introduce the “All-new Pajero Sport”  as the world premiere in Thailand at Bangkok International Grand Motor Sale, BITEC Bangna, Bangkok, which will be held during August 1-9, 2015.

The Pajero Sport was originally created as a mid-size off-road SUV based on the Strada pickup truck in 1996. Since appearing in 2008, the second generation – the new model’s predecessor – has received popular reviews for its  unprecedentedly sporty exterior design, for its full-feature off-road performance carried over from Mitsubishi Motors’ flagship SUV the Pajero, and for its sedan-like comfort as well as its high levels of functionality and reliability.  Today it enjoys a broad user base in a wide spectrum of regions, with cumulative units sales at the end of June 2015 reaching some 400,000.

The all-new Pajero Sport is a new-generation developed to a “Stylish & Comfortable Off-road SUV” concept coming with the new definition “Designed for Perfection”.  A full-feature off-road SUV inheriting the best of the Pajero brand, the all-new Pajero Sport brings with it a refined and high-quality exterior design, high-quality vehicle performance and a comfortable interior, environmental performance on a par with the best in its class, and a comprehensive advanced safety features that accommodates the diversification in consumer tastes and caters to the desire for greater luxury as it carries occupants anywhere and everywhere in greater safety, in greater comfort and in style  that turns upside-down the idea of what a pickup truck-based SUV should be with its Sophisticated Design, Advance Features and Premium Comfort.

• Sophisticated Design

In its appearance, the all-new Pajero Sport uses the Mitsubishi Motors’ new “Dynamic Shield” front face design concept, a further evolution of the design nurtured in successive models of the Pajero series. The high-quality stylish design uses both sporty and dynamic elements to set it apart from conventional cross-country SUVs. The interior uses a high console proportion dashboard, as befits a larger SUV, while dynamically styled silver-finish ornamentation and sculpted seats add to its luxurious feel.

• Advance Features

The all-new Pajero Sport comes with a very comprehensive active and passive safety features. MMC’s own RISE impact safety body design and a total of seven SRS airbags provide occupants with outstanding passive safety. Active safety features include Forward Collision Mitigation (FCM) system, the Blind Spot Warning (BSW) system (first on a Mitsubishi model) and the Ultrasonic misacceleration Mitigation System (UMS). In addition the all-new Pajero Sport is fitted with many advanced features which go well beyond what normally found in this class such as an electric parking brake (first on a Mitsubishi model), a Multi-around Monitor and fully automatic climate control allowing different temperatures to be set for driver and front seat passenger.

The all-new Pajero Sport is powered by a 2.4L MIVEC turbo diesel engine (first for a Pajero Sport). Mated to a new 8 speed automatic transmission (first for an MMC model) developed for the all-new Pajero Sport, this powertrain returns a 17-percent improvement in fuel economy over its predecessor. It also achieves CO2 emissions of under 200 g/km which puts it into the lowest bracket of the new excise tax structure to be introduced in Thailand in January 2016.

The all-new Pajero Sport uses a further-evolved version of MMC’s own Super-Select 4WD-II four-wheel drive system. This is complemented by the new Off-road Mode (first on an MMC model), which gives even better all-terrain performance and stability as the road surface requires, and by Hill Descent Control (first on an MMC model). Together with its greater wading depth, all these features combine to provide the kind of bad road or flooded surface performance only to be found in the Pajero brand.

• Premium Comfort

Handling stability, ride and quietness have all been improved through optimization of the suspension and improvements to the body mounts. In addition, the use of a new diesel engine and upgraded sound insulation provide a significant reduction in interior noise and this together with further upgraded comfortable seats and climate control system has achieved an interior space offering a higher level of comfort.
